Agency and licensing

Valadin is an independent insurance agency. Insurance products are offered and sold only through individually licensed agents, and only in states where the agent holds an active resident or nonresident license and is appointed by the issuing carrier. Each agent's licensed states are available on request.

Products and availability

Not all products, riders, features or carriers are available in all states. Product descriptions on this website are general summaries, not contracts. Coverage, benefits, limitations and exclusions are governed solely by the policy or contract issued by the insurance company. Eligibility, underwriting and premium depend on the applicant's age, health and other factors.

Guarantees

All guarantees, including guaranteed death benefits, guaranteed cash values and guaranteed annuity income, are backed solely by the financial strength and claims paying ability of the issuing insurance company.

Indexed universal life and annuities

Indexed universal life insurance and fixed indexed annuities are insurance products, not securities. They do not directly participate in any stock, bond or equity investment, and index performance does not include dividends. Interest credited is subject to caps, participation rates and spreads set by the carrier that may change. Policy loans and withdrawals reduce cash value and death benefit and may have tax consequences. Annuities may carry surrender charges for early withdrawals. These products are not deposits, are not FDIC or NCUA insured, and are not guaranteed by any bank.

Agent opportunity

Joining Valadin is an independent contractor opportunity, not an offer of employment. Agents are compensated by commission on the business they write, according to their contract level with each carrier.

Valadin does not promise or guarantee any level of income. Results vary widely and depend on each agent's skill, effort, time invested, market and many other factors. Any examples of agent results are not typical and are not a prediction of your results.

Agents are responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own state insurance licenses, completing required continuing education, and any costs associated with licensing, exams and errors and omissions coverage, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Carrier appointments are subject to each carrier's approval.

Privacy policy

What we collect

When you submit an application on this website we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, resident state, licensing status and any message you include. Our hosting provider also records standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability.

We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, health information, bank details or other sensitive data through this website.

Calls, texts and email
